At home? Lopez is the favourite and most likely wins. By stoppage too.

But having to travel and win? Then it becomes a big problem.

Take the time to find all the Americans who travelled and fought world level fighters and what the results were. You'll see the massive losses that the Americans take.

Hell, even fighters you consider to be great have tough hard fights against non world level fighters when they travel. Look at Frazier against Bugner. Look at Ali against Cooper in the first fight.
