Eddie Hall still has the official deadlift record I think.

Hafor Bjornsson did it with some different conditions and not a proper recognised environment.

He did not. That was an 18inch deadlift. Thor still has the record, despite what English fans will tell you.

They are no boxers but Eddie´s short hooks look scary, for a 350 lbs guy he´s explosive af.

Nope. He didn't do it at an official event. Home gym doesn't count. He had 4 years to break it but decides to do it in his home gym during lockdown? GTFOH.

He did do it at a sanctioned WUS event. In the gym he owns in Iceland. Eddie halls lift was done in an event set up purely for him, with his own deadlift platform even. Jerry Pritchett and Benedict Magnusson had to wait 40minutes to cool down and stiffen up before they had their attempt so eddie could celebrate, it was a "comp" in name only. Thors event was just as legitimate which is why he got paid big dollars for it. Both lifts and both athletes are impressive as hell, but this bout is a farce.

                      War Eddie!

I have him winning by KO, 1st or 2nd round.

Hall is a good all around athlete and he's been training in boxing as a hobby for years actually. Don't know how long the Mountain has been training. I did see a video of him in training and he gassed in 30 seconds.
