You can say Wilder is flawed and he is this and that, Fury was able to neutralize him cos he was an elite boxer. Whyte is an unskilled punching bag who would not be able to stand up to Wilders power. He will utterly get recked and I for one would like to see it
You don’t need to be an elite boxer to put serious hands on Wilder..just look at the rounds he routinely gives away against journeymen like Szpilka and Duhaupas before his power bails him out late. Washington was no worse than even on the scorecards going into the round he got knocked out in FFS.

Fortunately for Wilder, those journeymen had no power, but Whyte is an entirely different ballgame and arguably has the best left hook and body punching in the division. I hate to use triangle theory, but Whyte’s victim Chisora destroyed Szpilka in 2 rounds while Charles Martin ended Washington in 6, which just puts into context the awful quality of Wilder’s opposition. There’s a reason why he didn’t fight his mandatory against Whyte for what was then a career high payday.

I won't mind seeing either one get beat down again. Both unlikeable and delusional to the point where you question if they rode the short bus in grade school.

Both are flawed certainly but unless Wilder actually uses his own jab, Whyte is going to dominate at least all of the early rounds with his. Wilder had the bomb for sure but delivering that bomb with a jab in his face is a problem.

It's funny how tables can turn quickly in boxing.

It's a fight that spikes interest, but I can see them going down the Ruiz route.
As for Whyte, he can look no further than Povetkin at the minute.

Wilder is just an opportunistic person, just look at the names he dropped . It’s the same old same old . Never picked a fight with anyone who looked good prior to fighting him or knocked out . He’s had half a decade to give fans one fight like that , he’s failed badly . Even in the Ortiz rematch he waited until what he looked like against Hammer and we saw that one .

Honestly the fight should happen regardless of whether Whyte wins against Povetkin. Obviously the dynamics chance if he wins or loses but it's a big grudge match between two of the best boxers who're also 2 of the bigger draws in the division. It would sell immediately even if they both lost their next fight.

But Wilder's team wouldn't want it, even though I am sure he wins.

We , meaning Wilder fan girls . The rest of boxing fans want AJ vs Fury .

Had Fury defeated Wilder again which is unofficially number 3 ,it would be interesting how you cope. We would have had to put you on suicide watch ,another one . Ha

If this ever happens there's a big chance we get a pre-fight interview brawl like the one with Lennox Lewis and Hasim Rahman.
