He has enough time to train, and he better not be lackluster as he was against Ryder, or he won't even be that competitive.

I hope Smith has been in training since last month - otherwise he is a fool
Smith began training July 17 so has it in good shape and well prepared.

I'm sure Smith will be prepared. His bro must have warned him about them.
But can't accuse nelo of taking easy fights.
Nel o could have fought someone easier like eubank. But some will say it's a cherry pick as Smith struggled v ryder

Can anyone tell me if Smith's had a propper camp or not. I can't find anything on it anywhere

                I hope Smith is sharp.

I like him because he is rare as a tall fighter who fights tall. Most tall guys nowadays fight hunched over and on the inside. which is dumb.

Smith better not come in awestruck and capitulate by starting slow.

Charlo hasn't shown any signs of weakness yet. Until he does - no chance. Ditto Beterbiev. Ditto Andrade.

Since the Lara fight which he nearly lost the matchmaking has changed.

Golovkin loses his shine against Brook and Danny Jacobs, Canelo takes the fight.

Jacobs takes a loss to Golovkin and wins a split decision vs D'Chenko - Jacobs gets a fight.

Kovalev takes losses to Ward and Alvarez - Kovalev gets signed up.

Smith 'lost' against Ryder - Liam gets the fight.

                  See the pattern?
