Spence has proven himself to be a bigger PPV draw than Terence Crawford. Its not even close, Crawford's PPV with Amir Khan bombed.

And Crawford's own promoter is even saying publicly that he is losing money on him.

Under those conditions a 60-40 split is more than fair. 55-45 might be possible but only if Spence is feeling generous, he is under no obligation to give money away to someone that can't attract buys.

Is Terrance in a hunger ? His family ? College for his kids ? No ? Then asking for more than 40 % the the point of ducking unified champion and PPV draw (for how many fights already ?) is a straight duck.

This was a 50/50 split until Errol unified, had success on PPV, and Terrance failed on PPV. That’s how it goes l. Not every fight is 50/50. If Terrance beats Pacquaio we are having a different conversation going into a Spence fight. But if Spence beats Pac first, then even more of the purse goes to Spence.
