I personally believe haymon would sign off on bud to fight thurman mikey garcia porter and ugas all fights no belt on line all fights thats 40-50% chance to win beat crawford and freeze out 147 division especially ugas u dont have to pay him hes in stage hed accept any title shot also itd be huge step up for crawford in opposition that if won gives him his first top 10 credible welterweight building spence hype

Yeah, if what you say is true, then he should just resign and more or less be quiet. However, if he's serious about making the fights that people want to see that would validate his career whether he wants to admit it or not, he will need to leave. There's more than one precedent of it happening so he's not breaking the mold.

Bud is a real and fair dude.

He's more open minded than what most people think.

All the NSB narrow minds won't get it.

            Except Tyson Fury.

            But who's counting, right?
You might want to take a look at Fury's numbers for Shwartz and Wallin.

Well how many times would they fight each other in this hypothetical five-year period when all of them have already fought each other once?

Spence's has stated he doesn't like Thurman on personal level and won't fight Thurman bc of Thurman not giving him the chance when he was coming up looking for it. Ain't no guarantees if Crawford does go that way, but if he does, the chances of him getting in with one of the PBC guys will be much higher being he would be under the same umbrella with the rest of them. Would be hard to hear any excuses of why fights won't be happening.

Pay cut or minimum pay if Bud really wanted Pacman. Arum has paid Bud well enough to say that "the best opera singer will go bankrupt if no one will pay for the show". Bud knows he will be famous worldwide if he beat Pacman. But Bob Arum does not want to pay 10M to faded Pacman anymore and pay Bud 10M at same time thinking of going bankrupt. Bud can really accept the 40/60 Spence and 20/80 Pacman to become undisputed welterweight champion to go with his undisputed junior welterweight if he wants ATG status. Fighting the best with less pay out is what Bud should be doing for his legacy.

crawford should have left top rank LAST time his contract was up

there is nobody there for him to fight. he is like bradley 2.0 but with even LESS available options to fight, top rank is dead at welterweight these days. He already wasted his prime with them and now he is on the decline age wise, its the downhill portion of his career, its now or never if he wants to become lineal / #1 at welter
