That makes absolutely no sense at all.... what happens if it’s a draw? Which is possibly the way bud gives up early rounds.... Now if we go into numbers he hasn’t sold more ppvs or put more butts in seats plus his competition at 147 is piss poor can only try live off what you did at 135-140 but for so long

Just make ot 50/50 and problem solved.

These guys trying to make drama like Floyd and Manny but their PPV probably wouldnt break 1m. Not in this Covid recession where the sport is so divided between ESPN+, Showtime/Fox PPV, and DAZN.

Fury Wilder didnt do much PPV despite Fury having an entire continent on his side...

Spence was a good prospect a few years back but he fights infrequently, looked bad against lightweight Mikey Garcia, and looked human against Porter.

To make matters worse Crawford has continued to look dominant but hes not getting the media he should.

People say, who has Crawford fought ?!? I'll take Crawford resume over Spence everyday. Spence has 2 good wins in Porter (close) and Brook (asterisk).

Crawford obliterated a rejuvenated Brook and has TKO'd every WW hes fought including Joe Horn who mugged Manny just a few months prior...revisionist fans on NSB call that a meh win but that lone win tops anything Spence has ever done so far...

Crawford tried getting Pacman twice and offered Danny a career high payday. Those guys didnt agree. Cant ask for more than that. . .

#1 is most likely - but is he smart enough to do it? And frankly, he said he doesn't want to self promote and NSB agrees, so
Bud needs to realize that the "good money" he is referring to involves more than just fighting.

        Ultimately Crawford has three options:

        1. He can come out of his shell and self-promote as a free agent

        2. Sign with another promoter and be more willing to work with them as far as promoting (so he can keep making "good money")

        OR

        3. Stay with Bob Arum until Arum releases him and/or his contract expires. If he goes with this option then he will be down to #1 or #2.

Either way it's hard to promote someone when they don't buy into the idea of promoting themselves outside of the ring.

          Let's try this again.

          Crawford has accomplished...what...at welterweight?

          WBO.

          Spence has accomplished...what...at welterweight?

          IBF/WBC.

          1 belt vs 2 belts.

I'm FAIRLY SURE the 2 belts should get a larger percentage.

Side of the street but Fury and Crawford are on the same side.
Why fight you when I can get the easy fights but Manny and Keef aren't interested?
Now, it's 60/40 when he isn't a cash cow like Canelo and AJ. Ops, he forgot Mikey brought in those Mexican PPV.

Errol "The Bish aka Stuntman" Spence.

            This is getting so old.

              There's option 4 - the option NSB doesn't like.

I call it the "Mayweather/De La Hoya Alternative".

Crawford humbly accepts whatever the A-Side is offering now (which is a VERY generous 60/40 split), goes in there and PROVES why he should make more money IN THE FUTURE.

Should he then beat Spence, he can ask for whatever he wants on his terms. AFTER. Not before.

I know NSB hates that option because it means Crawford has to do without a couple million, but I've got no sympathy really, for a guy making guaranteed $3.6 million off C-levels demanding A-Side money.

I dont care who gets a higher percentage. I dont get any of it so it doesnt effect me.

Crawford is the more decorated fighter. He is the HOFer not Spence.

                Its really not complicated

And Crawfords win over Joe Horn was better than anything Spence has done yet

I'm starting to think crawford will go to match room because they will pay him crazy money....he doesn't care about big fights.

Color me shocked. I'm falling out of love here, Bud. Back off the ego a bit, ease up on that sense of entitlement, pick a Porter or a Charlo and make it happen. Don't be a prima ****ing donna. That era is over. Blame it on the CCP Flu if you want, but there it is. Time to fish or cut bait.

Bud always says he don't care about pound for pound rankings but now is using it as leverage

if Spence beats Danny he's the clear A side.
