I'm 100% convinced that Crawford doesn't want this fight.

The first thing that any fighter avoiding a fight says are tings like, "I don't need so and so to seal my legacy" and if the money isn't right, the fight won't happen.

#1, yes he does need Spence or someone else elite that is not 42 year old Pacquiao on his win column

#2, most would agree that he should get the lions sjhare in a fight with Spence but the split is debatable when Spence can draw far more fans in Dallas than Bud can anywhere in the world

I agree with this take. Crawford would definitely get the attention he needs should he beat Pac and Spence. He’ll become a superstar. All he just needed to do was to take his pride away and accept lower purse splits.

Bud is claiming he is the bigger PPV draw? One of Spence's PPV alone are more than all of Bud's combined. If anything Spence should get 60% and Bud 40%.

Excuses. Nobody will care about Bud soon and he will struggle to find quality opponents if he is going to start pricing himself out.

I just wish they would agree 50/50 and just get it on. I certainly understand Bud and the point he made, I even agree with him. But for the sake of making a legacy defining fight and pleasing fans hunger, he should let that 10% go and just split the pie. I know that this is because Spence said this first about in his favour. I’m a fan of Errol, I just fancy Crawford more, and Shawn Porter did much better than I thought he was gonna. I wasn’t too impressed with Errol in that fight. He’s still a great fighter though. This needs to happen.
