High level fight
Even if Smith is not the opponent that a lot of the fans wanted to face off against Alvarez, this is still an intriguing matchup. Alvarez can’t take him lightly. With that being said, I see a tko victory for Canelo via a brutal body attack.Comment

Rehydration Clause?
Hey Man. This is my first comment here. I need to say, I'm all about respect and grown conversation for the love of the sport. Feel free to read my comments but please do not comment about my words if you are not an adult, if you are child minded, if you are already getting emotional or plan to be disrespectful. Instead, raise up to the level. Thanks!
Does anybody know if there is a Rehydration Clause?
I also have to say, a month is not an adequate amount of time for Smith to train for a fighter like Alvarez. Especially because Alvarez has known he was going to fight Smith long ago I'm sure. Maybe Smith has been training for Alvarez during the last months (in hopes he got the fight), but it's for certain that Alvarez has been training for Smith since Alvarez is the "A" side (for lack of a better term, Alvarez is always the "A" side in some way) and knows who he is fighting long before the other fighter knows. This gives Alvarez a (huge) advantage...to practice training for one particular fighter by watching past fights and tapes, to practice particular drills designed for the opponents fighting style, mannerisms, and habits, etc. "A" side fighters have this unfair advantage to know who they are fighting before hand, and they will wait to present a fighter with a contract (for a big pay day) until it's a short camp for their opponent. Especially if there is a Rehydration Clause. And we have seen that before. It takes time to lose the weight correctly to fights world class fighter like Alvarez. I will still watch the fight though! Fight fan for life.Comment
