LIVE: Spence media workout. He looks good, but small

His upper body looks much smaller on the mass, to me.

I thought he looked snappy and alert, which is a good sign. he was active on the bag and his stamina looked good. But his physique looks a bit smaller than usual but he looks cut and vascular so it looks like he's put the work in. it'll be interesting to see how he's going to react to getting hit hard, a KO for Garcia isn't put of question here but I think it's gonna be a close fight where Spence justly or unjustly gets the decision.

His physique is comparable to that of Quando Rondo.

He's just showing signs of the toll it takes for him to make weight. In order for him to keep his muscle mass he has to function obviously at a higher weight than the 147 limit but dropping to 147 is a toll and he loses alot of muscle mass during that process. Before he was able to keep alot of it cause it wasnt that hard to drop but now that it is his muscle mass is suffering.

Nailed it....he still looked like he had some power/snap to his punches though. Going to be interesting when he has no choice but to head to 154..boxers just seem to substantially jump in height/mass at that limit.

Yer im wondering it if might be one cut too many.
He still gotta get down that extra 6-8pounds i would think and Revelated is right he does look smaller in his chest and arms.
I think it will be a close fight but Errols dog determination wii get him thru.
Its not a coincidence that hes talking about going up to 160 cause its getting harder for him to make 147.

                  Good looking out bro.
As soon as i saw his frame i was like damm hes looking smaller than Bud atm and he still has to shed more weight.
His upper body esp. his chest and arms look like they have lost significant muscle mass.
Either way hes going to be extremely ripped when he gets to weigh in plus fully dehydrated.

i really wonder how his punch resistance is going to be..surely can't have a car crash like that be thrown from it and have zero after effects
