Did anyone listen to the Lopez interview on The 3 Knockdown Rule? Teofimos dad said something about either Nakatani or Verdejo and a brain injury that I didn’t quite catch.

If Verdejo wins then Bob Arum will probably try to make a Lopez-Verdejo fight.

If that's the case then Teo might as well take the Lomachenko rematch instead because that's where the demand is.

Maybe they're both retarded or something...

        Lopez-Kambosos in Australia is next.

The Aussie government might pay for it, but they don't back just anybody. The Maloney bros. had to get on the road and they had undefeated records too. Nice thought, but Kambosos needs to go to the lights.

That's what Bob Arum said I believe so yeah it seems that's what next if he stays at lightweight. It's a good fight for Lopez if he decides to stay at 135 because of the international exposure but I doubt it he looks big and is coming off injuries I don't think he will squeeze down to 135 anymore.

That's one thing I wish fighters would do more of these days fight all over the world and not just their homebase. Yeah the United States is the place to be for big paydays and fame but to become a crossover star even Americans need to hit the road and give fans some fights in other countries as a world champion.

Hopefully Nakatani has recovered completely from the brain injury he suffered in his fight with Lopez. I don't see how he could've made such a recovery after only a few months. That said I believe that Felix Verdejo is with the right team, and will take on any, and all comers in his division. He just needed to get rid of his old manager, who didn't have his best interest in mind. We should have a new lightweight champion in the middle, to the tail end of 2021.

Few months from what? His fight with Lopez? That was a while ago.

Teofimo's dad has a brain injury? Explains all the nonsense he spews from his mouth.
