I remember that fight, it was on a Pacquiao undercard from Malaysia. That was a pretty good fight, I was impressed with Waseem but the South African fighter kept coming and from what I remember Waseem faded. Not a bad fighter.

Been a while, but wasn't it the other way around? Where he simply didnt throw enough early, but got that knockdown late? Seemed like a clear experience deficit more then anything

You might be right. It's been a minute and I was having wine while watching the fight. I remember there being some momentum swings and enjoying the fight but the details sometimes get cloudy as the years go by and I get older... especially if there was wine involved. What's funny is I can still remember the trunks they were wearing, even if the details of how it played out aren't quite as crisp. Haha.

May have to go back and rewatch it.
