So again...who could Canelo choose as an oppponent that you wouldn't b*tch and moan about? Without naming any light heavyweights?

    Can you answer that question?
If he avoids 175, i don`t believe he will see another loss very soon. I can see some new guy beating 37 -38 old Canelo, but not now.

I agree. Who today is consistently fighting the level of opposition that Canelo is? Not even Manny is. Manny had some bum fights in the past few years but he gets a pass for having such a good list in the middle part of his career.

Canelo will not fight until 37-38. He may not even make it to 36 before he retires. He has repeatedly said he plans on retiring around 35-36.

David Benavidez at 168 would have the best shot in my opinion.

Why don't you keep that same energy?
how are those anywhere near accurate comparisons? I mentioned that although haney didn't look dynamic in his shutout win over Gamboa, that doesn't mean he can't beat one of these other guys that are more exciting. How are you comparing that to a guy who got a gift win vs a nobody facing a so called top 3 p4p fighter? That might be the dumbest comparison I've ever heard. Stop reaching, you're looking desperate to make a point and failed miserably at it.

              2) Every boxer in the history of....I don’t know...boxing....has had or will have a bad performance....which means absolutely nothing with respect to their fight game...does that mean that now they’re less of a fighter?

              3) Smith has spent his entire career at SMW. He doesn’t “struggle to make weight. That’s a flat out lie! He is A legit champion who won WBSS. Nowwwww all of a sudden he “struggles to make weight” because he is AGREEING to fight Canelo.

Good luck finding a single article showing “Smith struggles to make weight” “Smith has to weigh a second time on the day of weigh in.” Know why you won’t, because it doesn’t exist and the people who endlessly hate Canelo make this sh !t up to tarnish his legacy. As recent as May Bivol was talking about moving down to face Smith. So much for him “struggling so much to make weight” that a kingpin wouldn’t wait for him to move up. You aren’t a boxing fan, you’re a fame hound and clout chaser. He isn’t going to spend the next few weeks trying to make weight.

              4) Canelo constantly trains and keeps himself in fighting shape irrespective of any opponent that’s been named. So did Mayweather, so does Plant, so did Hopkins, so did Trinidad, so did De LaHoya...noticing a trend here?
callum smith quote from May, "I'm bigger, I just turned 30 last month and I think the move to 175 is sooner rather than later". Now does that sound like a guy who is comfortably making weight? Especially with short notice. Canelo knows what he's doing, don't be gullible.

You defended Haney for a way worse opponent than the one you are critizing Canelo for.

wow, you're not very smart. I said Haneys style could still cause problems for guys who are flashier than he is, despite his win vs Gamboa being uneventful. You're comparing that to a guy who most thought lost to a nobody.
Sorry but dominating somebody in a boring fight is not comparable to being smacked around the ring by a significant underdog.

                    Probably.

Even Callum is tough one, but Canelo will probably edge it.

Gamboa at this age and with tendon surgery is a nobody. Yet you gave Haney credit for beating him.

I expect you to give Canelo credit too if he beats Callum. No hypocrisy.
