That's a pretty spot on list. I'd maybe swap Pacquiao at number 2 and drop Bud to 3 and swap Thurman with Porter on the list.

Never seen Ortiz Jr. fight but l've heard great things about him so I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt. I know Ellis is better than Vargas tho.

After Errol's accident I don't think I can put him at #1 like I had him til I see him fight again. I think for that reason more than Bud's W last night I gotta have Bud at #1 now.

3 to about 6 or so is highly debatable & interchangeable to some degree probably with Keff, Showtime Shawn, Manny & Danny.

Ugas would likely lead the bottom of my list. With Vergil & Boots at the bottom with still much to prove. And idk who the last guy would be, probably just some fringe contender.

Based on their records and accomplishments I rank them the same as you have them except I would remove Ortiz jr from the list and put Ennis at number 10. Based on how good I think they will be Ortiz jr does make top 10 and Ennis might just beat any of them. But right now they have not earned those rankings by actual wins.
