Damn he gave it his go and he had some good fights glad he got out if he’s concerned about his health and love for the sport no need getting hurt. He’s made a good amount of money as well hope he will be able to live with that for a while.

I would have LOVED to have seen him DESTROY lovejoy Though and am sad he didn’t have a final fight to sail off into the sunset with

Damn. Cannot believe this. He could have retired as one of the greats.

I don't blame him. He's taking alot of punishment for someone without a particularly long career. You have
remember that even though he might not have been competing at an elite level he has been one of the premier sparring partner in the Heavyweights division for close to a decade and has gone thousands of rounds in camp against elite heavyweights. Better he retires now before he's permanent damaged like we've seen happen to others

Nothing wrong with his move to retirement. Keep those faculties intact. Sail off into the sunset and dont ever look back. He made a decision that many before him should have.

I'll take the over on him having his last fight.

Didn't he retire once already & reverse it quick?

Whatever doe, he's a fun Every Man type guy to see fight so I wish him well in or outta the ring & he's been a fun watch win or lose, in & out of the ring. Good luck to him in future endeavors if he is done.

I respect the living crud out of that retirement statement. Made me smile for him.

Oleksandr Usyk has been demolishing the Brits. Here is the sparring session that retired Dave Allen, credit to Usyk for not following the assault.

He has a pretty respectable career, beat a bunch of contenders.

He fought beasts in Whyte, Ortiz, Yoka, never ducked anybody.
