had the benefit of being an unknown quanity..so porter didnt even have a plan, just got wreckless and began to underestimate brook in the early rounds.

Is this about the fear and intimidation factor? or skill level? There are definitely brits who seem good enough technically. But when I see Billy Joe talking the way he was over that debacle with Canelo my impression is there is a bit of stage fright and not daring to be great.

Why? Brook's style is meant to face someone like Porter who comes in reckless. Brook is also big and strong enough to hold his own and not get roughed up unlike many of Porter's opponents.

Brook was a good fighter. No shame in losing to the fighters he lost to.

Khan did just fine in America, despite some of his losses.

Eubank Jr supposedly will get Charlo or Plant next in December. Let's see what he can do!

Look how relaxed and calm Fury is and then compare him to Kell Brook who looked like a deer in headlights.

Fury turns up to win, and that's the difference between him and other British fighters.

So what happened when Brook beat Porter in California? Did he still freeze?

Tonight wasn't about being scared of America, it was about Brook being shot. The only Brits who lose on American soil are shot fighters, fighters manipulated by weight or B level fighters fighting A level fighters.

AJ was an upset but **** happens.

There's nothing different about fighting in America compared to anywhere else, nobody gives af where they fight, it's about levels and who's running the show.

With the exception of AJ, most of the examples given were supposed to lose - they were underdogs. Even Fury was an underdog, who then upset things by winning. Plenty of Brits have gone to the US as a clear favourite and won.

So basically, you're asking why UK fighters don't go into their opponent's territory and win against the odds. Like that's what any nation's fighters do on a regular basis.

I'm getting sick of Eddie hearn sending these domestic level British fighters over to the USA to get embarrassed on the world stage.

Next time DAZN rings you up eddia, and say hey wanna sell a British guy to get splattered on the world stage by some elite level North American for a few quid, here's an option, say NO, and put them in a competitive winnable fight instead.

No more putting bum ass British domestic fighters in mismatch main events thank you.
