NSAC is supposed to be one of the best in the business, but this is pretty laughable and pathetic.

If they can't handle the replay in a professional or competent manner then they really shouldn't have it.

Maybe Robert Byrd isn't the best one to be reviewing the replays. He looks pretty confused every time I see him looking at the screens. I'm not really sure how they could uphold the headbutt once they actually reviewed the footage. Incredibly sad.
