I mean he did beat Commey to earn his 1st world championship not only beat but had him out stumbling everywhere when his only other L’s where close split decisions a lot of people thought Commey should’ve won! And then 2nd went on and beat the unified champ that had the other major titles to become undisputed champ, so can you tell me what Davis or Haney have done that is better?

The main thing is Teo won as an underdog and there is no dis*****g that.
      Obviously he won

There were times, when Loma decided to fight, that things got interesting.

      Loma was never this mouthy

By the way once he goes to 140, I dont see him doing that great. He wont have the size and power advantage.
Haney has been calling him out, but Davis hasn't, and probably won't. He is under the Mayweather Protection...I mean Promotion Program.

There is no dis*****g that, but he hasn't cleaned out the divison yet.

Garcia, Davis, Haney, those fights have to happen if he wants to say he is the top dog.

Most definitely and I wanna see Teo-Loma 2 for those reasons. I think there are still some unfinished business between the two and hopefully Teo comes to realize that a rematch is a great big-fight option.

Would be a completely different fight.

I agree, and of course he has more work to do. Hopefully Teo maintains his hunger with his newfound status.

He is fighting him next and the IBF haven't ordered it. Teofimo beat the #1 guy at the weight so he's the #1 guy at the weight. My issue is him acting like other fighters need to step up their competition but a Kambosos fight is fine.

makes no sense but he's getting paid good.

I tend to think so too. I believe that Loma would look to close the distance much earlier because that’s when he had success. Teo didn’t defend those attacks well but he did finish strong in the 12th and his power obviously made Loma reluctant at first.

I know Teo is balking at the rematch now but hopefully Arum can sweeten the pot enough to make him reconsider.
