Former two division world champion Sergio "Maravilla" Martinez has finalized a new date for his next ring return. Martinez will be back on December 19 for the second fight of his comeback to the sport of boxing. The veteran boxer will face Finnish contender Jussi Koivula, over ten round distance, in the middleweight division.

Loved watching this guy when came up on the scene last decade until the end of his reign, but he looked exactly like what a 45-year-old dude would look like after being off 5 years. Man was an elite mover and in no way do I see his legs holding up like they used before the end of the Chavez Jr. fight. The Cotto fight solidified that. At his age, I doubt he can recapture some of his old glory, but it would be great to see him again.

Was a class fighter at his best - beautiful knock out of Paul Williams, but now 45, on the comeback trail and ranked 5??? by the WBA! Joke!

Wish he wouldn't come back. He was a force to be reckoned with back in the day. Very unorthodox style, but his movement was nice.
