Why bother with a PPV having Canelo fight for a vacant title against a even lesser opponent than Rocky was. How bout Yildrim vs anybody fr the vacant title and have Nelo vs Plant then it's worth the PPV and the winners can unify against each other. It will be 2021 before Alvarez fights again. Could be up to a year and a half since the Kovalev whupping. He has to get the ring rust off with someone. He is not going to jump right in to the more dangerous opponents. I am 100% find with Yildirim winning the Alvarez Sweepstakes and taking home a payday bigger than he would likely make in his entire career. It is a crap fight that under normal circumstances would not be worth the training camp it would take for Alvarez to prep for it. Just so far beneath him. But in this crazy world? Why not. Let's just get him back in the ring and out of litigation.
