Tyson Fury: “I can sue for defamation of character”

Recently Fury said he could sue Wilder for defamation of character and that due to what wilder said he’s not going to fight him as he’s trying to drag him into the mud.

Could fury sue him for defamation? Also what do you think of him refusing to fight him again due to wilders accusations and actions?

I don’t think anyone would honestly bother suing him, even in court they would be sympathetic towards Wilder, they would know he was suffering from PTSD. I don’t know if you can sue someone that clearly is sick.
