Just out of curiosity, when would the gloves have been doctored or when would the egg weight have been inserted? From what I understand, once the gloves are selected they are bagged and sealed by the commission. When the fighter is ready to place them on, there are observers present to inspect the wrappings and gloves, at which point the commission signs the tape to ensure no tampering.
