Because they never show a fighters hands getting wrapped, gloved and inspected from start to finish in the middle of a live broadcast while other fights are going on.

They don't test for every drug under the sun. Why would they test for a muscle relaxer if it's not a performance enhancing drug? People like Warren Bennet and Arum think everyone is ignorant. I do not favor Wilder's water claim without proof. Gloves I am not sure about. Wilder's trainer did the right thing by throwing in the towel and he was in no condition to continue without the possibility of getting hurt in there. However, Frank should also know that tests only confirm or negate the specific thing(s) you are testing for. No test discovers everything by default.
