Aint looking good for Wilder. For me, he just needs to stop talking (after months of silence, shouldn’t have started in the first place). He needs to get his mind right and then get back to the boxing if thats what he wants to do. Fighters can win, lose, draw or sometimes no contest. Its not far fetched for any fighter to lose any fight or any of the other outcomes.

In fairness George Foreman said he'd been drugged, poisoned etc after losing in Kinshasa. It is hard for an undefeated boxer to reconcile that he ain't undefeated no more. Like Bread says, Boxing just is a truth machine. (Shame you can't feed Trump through it). Its hard on Deontay, but if he wants to come back he'll have to accept the pain of losing & embrace it.
