What will Wilder and his conspiracy theorizing ultrafans do if someone else beats him?
For example, if Wilder fights Joshua or Ruiz or Wallin or Povetkin, and loses, what will the be narrative then?
What are some scenarios you see happening? More floppy glove accusations? More “boxer x is a known cheat so he clearly beat Wilder by cheating” assertions? More claims of “boxer y can’t hit hard, so how could he hurt Wilder without some sort of trickery”? Or different theories entirely?
I am an ex-Wilder fan who is shocked at what he’s saying, and wish to be as distanced from his delusional fanbase as possible.
The way the true kings carry on after a loss, look no further than Joshua.
