However, like Dan showed, it would've been "malpractice for Wilder to accept a "flat-fee!" Even DAZN's John Skipper admitted he could've done things differently:

    November 23, 2019:

In an interview with LANCE PUGMIRE of the ATHLETIC.com DAZN Executive chairman John Skipper was quoted as saying:

“In retrospect, I was too brash going in there without creating the relationships I needed to create with the people who advised Deontay Wilder. I have now worked to do that. It has to do with going back to the education I needed before getting into boxing … When we left that (Wilder) meeting, I KNEW WE MESSED UP and that we weren’t going to be successful (Wilder)

John Skipper went on to say QUOTE:

“We were IMPATIENT, and after having some early success, we wanted to MOVE QUICKLY. Now I understand that I’ve got to work relationships, work within a framework and understand other peoples’ self-interests and needs as well … If I had to do it again, I’d have gone in and said, ‘I’m playing the long game.’ I’m playing the long game with Canelo and GGG, too.”.

The more AJ built himself, the more he was entitled to. Just like Mayweather. He got less money from the Gatti fight because Gatti was the bigger draw at the time. But that didn't mean from then on Floyd would give every fighter the bigger split of the money he was generating against just anybody. That would be ******. As is this nonsense.

Skipper was trying to appease Wilder because he knew how much they wanted to wriggle out of the fight and continue to slander AJ to make himself look bigger but without having to get in there with him and get knocked out. Wilder never intended to fight AJ. He intended to beat Fury the first fight, never give him a rematch, whilst calling himself the lineal champion and fighting bums until he retires and then calling himself the greatest Heavyweight in history. It's just that the first Fury fight backfired, and the rest is history.

It's over. The madness has been exposed. Stop this freak show now. Have at least a little bit of self respect.

However, just based on whats happening, why is it ok to certain fans from a certain geographic location that Fury is deciding to not fight the trilogy. The rematch clause expiring doesn't require that Fury fight someone else.
I think you’re right here - Shelly Finkel/Al are absolutely on board with the trilogy not happening because none of them want to lose money and/or Wilder isn’t ready.

And people think Fury’s decision is okay precisely because we understand the above point (British or not), and that Fury shouldn’t have to wait on the sidelines indefinitely for a fight that is likely to never financially materialise. Fury’s a pro fighter - let him go out there and make his money.

When Skipper made those comments, the ship had sailed! It's obvious you're obsessed with Wilder, but your hate can't change history! The negotiations were horrible, Skipper admitted his fault, Wilder fought Fury twice, and now Fury is the King. Hopefully Joshua doesn't do anything ******, like fighting Usyk first, or getting Ko'd by Pulev, and we get Fury vs. Joshua! Wilder is a thing of the past! Move forward!

Do you even know what "Appease" means?

Skipper knew he was dealing with scum so had to be careful with his words or they'd never get the fight. So he put all the blame on himself so as not to allow Wilder to do to him what he did with Hearn and duck with all the fake anger and ****. They still ducked though. Ortiz getting into the ring after the Brezeale fight confirmed that Wilder was fighting him and Fury next and Not AJ. His lies, just like they are now, have been exposed.

I don't think Skipper would use words like "scum." People in glass houses...

Regardless of what happened in Skipper's life, it does not dispute the level of scum Wilder and his team are. They are poison. The facts are all there. Your asylum can believe all this madness all you want, but the rest of the world know that you're creepy and darkness personified. You're nothing but extremist and delusional. It's a sport and nothing more. But you've turned it into something evil and sinister to try and hide your wide spread cowardice. Sorry, but you've failed on a mass scale.

Are we talking about Wilder and boxing, or something else?

I'm talking about Wilder, you, and many people from your country.

You spend your time on this forum. You mean to tell me that something isn't seriously amiss? You think a lot of the madness you say makes any sense or is based in reality?

You're too far gone in ways that are irredeemable. Being around people like Wilder, you, and others on here is seriously bad for your mental health. In a serious way. This isn't f3cking normal by a long way. Get some self-awareness and see what the world sees.

You know nothing about me! You definitely can not define me by my country! My worldview, nor my mentality is anywhere close to that of Deontay Wilder! What i can gleam about you, is that you hate facts, you hate history, but you like debate. Go find someone else to talk to you! I'm done!
