              1. Devin Haney (looks good but hasn’t fought anyone of note)

              2. Oleg Usyk (was a beast at Cruiserweight but looks good-average as a Heavyweight)

              3. Tank Davis (great knockout artist, will look more average when he moves up and faces a live one)

Tyson fury is right up there at the moment. It’s hard to believe how someone who has been knocked down by the likes of Cunningham is lauded so highly on his evasive skills. He best Klitschko on points (and that wasn’t clear cut despite what everyone claims in hindsight) and then drew followed a win against wilder. That’s it, that’s literally all his high level fights. 2 wins and a draw.

I’ll give 4. Crawford, Usyk, Inoue and Haney.

I don’t think Ryan Garcia is highly rated among fans and journalists. And I think he’s a top 10 LW because of the choices there are at lightweight that journalists can put in the top 10 in place of Ryan Garcia.

                      Lopez, Davis, Fury.

Lopez was hyper-active, but landed few punches cleanly. He only won because Loma was SOOOO inactive the first six rounds. Loma boxed beautifully when you watch it in slow motion. Andre Ward had it about right, a draw.
