When it's all said and done, if Mike hadn't come back after his prison stint, no one would be talking big about Evander Holyfield. No Tyson comeback, no Holyfield career resurgence.

Holyfield's entire reputation is based on his upsets over a declined Tyson.

He lost two out of three to Bowe.

    He lost "Two" to Lewis.

    He split two with Moorer.

Tyson, pre-prison, was a better champion than Holyfield ever was at heavyweight.

What was Tyson's greatest wins? Razor Ruddock, Pinklon Thomas, Michael Spinks?

          Holyfield's greatest wins? Tyson, Bowe?

When Holyfield found himself in a fight with equal competition he rose to the occasion.

Everytime Tyson was met with a challenge (Douglass, Holyfield, Lewis) he choked.

Holyfield is a better fighter than Tyson because he got something that Tyson does not have and that is will power.

That is what makes Holyfield a true fighter because he keeps trying even if he is against the odds but as for Tyson he has great power but if he cant use his boxer or someone comes that is not effected by his power he could be easily discourge. IMO

but as for power and speed Tyson takes that for sure.

Tyson will obviously go down as the greater fighter. I mean there are millions and millions of people who consider Tyson the greatest of all time. Tyson will go down as the greatest fighter of all time, after to Ali. That is not my opinion, its the people's opinion.

Split two....means, of two fights between two men, one each gets a win, ergo, they split the series at one a piece, or Holyfield split two with Moorer....or Moorer split two with Holyfield.
