It's up to interpretation, and how you take it. It's hard to truly know the unspoken intent of others. If the people that do it say it's to pay homage, than that's probably the best way to interpret it.

Yeah, its all business at the end which is why I think you don't really here people in the business complaining cause you know at the end of the day the only color that matters is green.
