"Tough decision"?! Are you out of your mind? Chisora was barely able to walk after the fight, barely recognized to which corner walk to between the rounds. Not to mention that Chisora has been literally saved by the bell couple of times, seconds away from being knocked out. I'd go with this article's title: "Usyk clinically picks apart Derek Chisora"

But really there's not a lot to measure against here. You have to be truly basic to state 'oh Chisora isn't as good as Joshua, so Usyk will lose'
Chisora is a pressure fighter who comes in close and will eat shots. Its a totally different fight to Joshua who will be much lower output, requiring less movement from Usyk
Usyk's strengths as a HW - great stamina, great lateral movement and footwork. His weakness is definitely power. He has to box to win, but I don't think he needs to be perfect every round. I think he beats Wilder on the inside, as Wilder crumbles quickly there, and has been outboxed by virtually everyone he has faced bar Stiverne. Joshua he could win against because of Joshua's robotic style - though Joshua would be the favourite. Fury I can't see how Usyk wins at all
And that's what usyk is about, he was not a puncher at CW and isn't at HW.
Usyk can still dig a decision facing Josh. Usyk will not be easy to KO or outbox.

But apart from that? Usyk is just good in every department 'No great attributes' None that make him to be worthy of number 1 or even top-3 pound for pound fighter.
I just wanted to come back to this, but overall I am finished with the debate.

Uysk was moaning and whining about body shots, was also being thrown about 'Chisora was gallant as ever, but I honestly think he has performed better in more recent fights'.
Usyk is not a pound for pound top-10 fighter 'He is completely overrated'.
What is wrong with you mate? Did you watch the fight last night?
Why would Usyk be difficult for Joshua to out box? Chisora was out jabbing him at times, and in every single round was hitting body parts.
Note: Usyk was not a puncher at Cruiser-weight ether, Tony Bellew was dead at the weight 'I would of picked Bellew to beat him at heavyweight' I really don't rate Uysk super highly.Last edited by PRINCEKOOL; 11-01-2020, 09:06 AM.

Did you see Joshua’s face after the fight when the camera was on him for 2 mins? Even wearing a mask you could tell AJ was giving a look like,” Was that it? Not impressed mate, you’re in big trouble”
AJ has a questionable "balance" issue whenever you hit the right nerve... His legs go away and he's dead meat for way too long before he recovers... I think out of the Elite HW he's one Usyk could go through with the right plan...

I enjoyed that fight. I think it was the kind of fight Usyk needed at HW to get him prepared for the division as a pro.
He weathered the early storm and Chisora's pressure, and ended up settling well. He even managed to rock Chisora a few times.
Good performance.
It's going to be an interesting ride as there's big tests ahead at HW.

You doesn't seem able to give him any props.
Usyk moved up in weight and CW to HW is not an easy jump. Not many had CW had success at HW.
Usyk can be a top 10 P4P fighter.
Spence is in the top 3 for beating Brook and Porter, so I have no problem having Usyk in the TOP 10. Still I don't give a sht about P4P, it is utter fantasy.
Fury beats any man on this earth in a boxing match IMO. So smaller Usyk not doing as good does not mean that he is "completely overrated".
He was the 4 belts undisputed champ at CW, so I would def not call him "completely overrated."
Hoping you can understand my point of view.Last edited by BillyBoxing; 11-01-2020, 11:59 AM.
