    • Pretty much what I expected.

Usyk has good technique and movement. He was able to tire Chisora after the first few rounds and come back into the game. He was also able to find opportunities and hit but no way can he stand his ground and trade with a real HW. He lacks the power and size of a HW and it showed. Had Chisora not gassed out and could keep the pressure, he would have KO'ed Usyk.

Usyk's HW story will look like this..Against similar-sized HWs, such as Hunter, he wins (as he already has). Against heavier opponents that aren't so skilled, he struggles but wins against most (the likes of Chisora, Takam, Whyte, etc.). Against heavier and skilled opponents, he gets KO'ed (the likes of Joshua, Fury, Dubois, Povetkin, Ortiz, etc.). Wilder will be a tricky one because Usyk they are similar in weight and Usyk is more skilled. However, Wilder has significant power and reach advantage and won't gas out as easily. It will be the same story of being perfect for 12 rounds vs 2 secs.

Usyk is clearly struggling at heavyweight, but I will give him credit for challenging himself etc.
Yeah I respect his path to undisputed at cruiser because he beat champions in their hometown in a tournament where the best fight the best but this heavyweight game is awhile nother type of beast!

Did you see Joshua’s face after the fight when the camera was on him for 2 mins? Even wearing a mask you could tell AJ was giving a look like,” Was that it? Not impressed mate, you’re in big trouble”

Yes, I and sure? You will see less posters on here, piping up about Usyk making these heavyweights look silly now. Credit to the man for achieving what he has in his career 'But many people have completely and utterly overrated his abilities'.

Top cruiserweights have always been expected to be ambitious and taste the waters at hw.

Do you really think that's right? I mean he was the undisputed CW champ. Kinda hard to do without any attributes.

Or maybe are you in your feelings a little?
Usyk's best attribute is his stamina 'I will say as much as that'.

But apart from that? Usyk is just good in every department 'No great attributes' None that make him to be worthy of number 1 or even top-3 pound for pound fighter.

I just wanted to come back to this, but overall I am finished with the debate.

                    • Its the type of fight Usyk needed to test the weight

But really there's not a lot to measure against here. You have to be truly basic to state 'oh Chisora isn't as good as Joshua, so Usyk will lose'

Chisora is a pressure fighter who comes in close and will eat shots. Its a totally different fight to Joshua who will be much lower output, requiring less movement from Usyk

Usyk's strengths as a HW - great stamina, great lateral movement and footwork. His weakness is definitely power. He has to box to win, but I don't think he needs to be perfect every round. I think he beats Wilder on the inside, as Wilder crumbles quickly there, and has been outboxed by virtually everyone he has faced bar Stiverne. Joshua he could win against because of Joshua's robotic style - though Joshua would be the favourite. Fury I can't see how Usyk wins at all
