I dunno, at least Chisora is a real HW.

Usyk could've chosen a rematch with Hunter or another small man.

The size difference alone makes the fight reasonably interesting imo, but yeah, I expect Chisora to get his head boxed off.

At his best Chisora was in two very close fights with Dillian Whyte. Whyte has been ranked in the top 10 and top 5 in the world by various governing bodies. That tells you something about Chisora's actual level when he's at his best and most focused. He can compete with and match top 10 heavyweights. But it depends which Chisora shows up.

This Usyk fight he seems to have a similar mindset to those Whyte fights so I expect the best version of Chisora which wont be easy for Usyk to deal with for 12 rounds. If the version of Chisora who fought Kabayel and Fury rematch shows up, then it's going to be a cakewalk for Usyk and he could dominate. But I don't think we're going to see that version of Chisora tonight, we're going to see the Whyte/Price/Szpilka version. Usyk might be on the decline too, I mean even Witherspoon caught him with a great shot in the first round and stunned him.

Monte had had a nice run just before that. Usyk vs Del isnt a bad fight. There isnt much else going on either. I would like to see Derek pull it off, but think Usyk stops him late in good fight.

If I am wrong, then I was only joking.

I think you’re reading too much into “different versions” of Chisora

Chisora is Chisora, he just looks terrible again someone that can box and move and southpaws, and looks ok against flat-footed opponents. That’s basically the top and bottom of it.

It’s not a coincidence that these supposed worse versions of Chisora are against opponents that are boxing and moving or fighting in southpaw stance.

Like fury said, if you can stick a jab in Chisora’s face and move a bit, he is useless.

Chisora knocks Usyk out. Usyk has no power at this weight.

I agree that he doesn’t have much of a chance. He’s definitely not glassed jawed though

Speaking of AJ, that man is the Unified Champion and yet he's fighting 39-year-old Pulev who is arguably not much better than Chisora.

Usyk should be ashamed for taking this fight, he deserves zero credit for winning and if he struggles in any fashion he should be derided and sneered at.
                    He's fat...?

Are you sure you're not mistaking him for Dillian?

Chisora is more of less handpicked and Usyk should box cirlcles around him and dominate. It's HW and Chisora is 255 and can crack that makes this fight at least somewhat interesting. What IF Chisora lands a bomb? How does Usyk handle it?
