Not really because he’s slightly over 6”3 and near 230/ 235 .Heavyweights aren’t as slow as advertised, many of the top guys have vey good hand speed ,AJ, Fury , Wilder , Usyk Ruiz , Parker etc...

People just have unrealistic expectations when a guy fights under 220 that they think they will maintain the hand speed . Ali is the number one example,he got slower when he put on weight it had less to do with age . People look at his speed in the 1960s to the 70”s and assumed he declined significantly.

The top guys yes, but he isn't there yet. He should be a bit quicker than a lot of the guys he has to face working his way up there - there are plenty of slothy HW's out there, the CW's additions will be nice. I'm talking marginal differences here, sure you understand that...he's not gonna be blazing fast or anything like that...just maybe a bit more handpseed by way of being more compact

IDK I said he would probably win with the first shot landed and I was right . This wouldn’t change my mind though most of the division gets a bad rap but I’m not really seeing many slow heavyweights ,Joyce is an exception but that’s one guy that sticks out ,looking at him he looks pretty fast but I couldn’t differentiate him with many heavyweights founding 240 . Well have to see how he comes about .
