Sorry to bust your bubble, but I'm not personally impacted by what Wilder does or doesn't do. I just commented on what I believed to be occurring. But if it makes you feel better, ooooo I'm so hurt by your comment...buuurrrrrrnnn.
Why would Fury pay Wilder any money to not fight him? Especially if Wilder has shown indication he wants the fight? The whole reason Fury is moving on is precisely because he can’t get Wilder in the ring, and he has already stated numerously that he’d rather destroy Wilder again than pay a penny for not doing so, while Wilder’s team have refused the notion of step aside too.

Oh right, well I just wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt by assuming you were saying these things out of some kind of blind loyalty. But if that’s not the case and you truly believe what you’re saying, then I’m wasting time arguing with an idiot and I have nothing more to say to you. Take care

The whole problem is that you think that you're in some argument that you're somehow winning. Maybe you should get all the details before commenting emotionally in an attempt to win. Start with the December 19th date that both sides agreed to.

Seriously instead of going over this rubbish go google Finkel vs Shannon the Cannon court papers and you'll see what happens when a fighter takes Finkels word for a title fight and "didn't need to read the contract"

Hmmmmm...Finkel not speaking directly to the opposing team and only commenting in the media. That sounds familiar.

"I am sure, I am absolutely sure, not knowing, but I think Shelly Finkel has never read the contract."

Typical Bob Arum statement! Absolutely sure, not knowing! Well, you better read it yourself Bob, and know, before you're in court...again!

Lastly, there was nothing to negotiate. The only thing the rematch hadn't had was a date and venue. Bob has acknowledged that they've agreed to multiple dates including one in mid December which ESPN rejected due to college football conflict.
There’s no reason to respond because there is no legal recourse being taking ,big words aren’t going to fool anyone here , the end result was team Wilder has no grounds to make Fury take another fight and you don’t wait until someone has moved on to take legal action which proves you are either lying or that bent on hoping Wilder wins something here .,either way neither is going to happen . Wilder will not get a third fight unless Fury wants it and Finkle a lawyer himself isn’t going to waste money either in a losing battle .

Arum did not agree to any date he was advised to push it back by a network but in June / July talked with PBC networks not team Wilder, all the while team Wilder hid ,they would look silly attempting any case just based off that .It would show attempt to to file after someone is trying to go on with their career regardless of changed dates .

The link below will show no set date was ever established so the argument of any agreement is not going to hold up .

I don’t have to check anything there was never a confirmed date in 2020 and certainly no date in December to fight . Facts don’t sit well with you guys but here’s more proof Finkle is lying ,this is from 2019.

"It will all get worked out in early December as far as the site, but the 22nd is the date," Finkel said. "The site is not 100 percent set, but I'm not concerned about getting the site done. We'll meet about that and about when to make the official announcement, when to have a press conference. These are things that still need to get done."

Right here he’s talking about a February 22nd date in 2021 , all the proposed fight in December is a lie .

The third fight between heavyweight champion Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder will not take place on Dec. 19 as planned, Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told ESPN on Wednesday. The reason? Football.

"We're moving off because there's five conference championship games that day and night, plus two NFL games," Arum said. "So we can't go with the 19th; we're looking at other dates right now because ESPN advised us, and Fox advised the PBC [which promotes Wilder]."

The fight might not be moved later, such as into the early part of 2021. Arum said it could be staged, "a little earlier in December."

                      No he didn't.

He said that whether the money was "real" or not wasn't the issue. The issue was what AJ would need to sign up for in order to get it. Finkel/Haymon wouldn't tell him.
