When a boxer says they have been scammed. What thet really mean is they spent all their money. Land development is very risky and not something to put £10m into if you are not capable or involved. Chances are costs blew out and the commercial property market is in the toilet and he wants someone to blame. Look in the mirror. Why does it have a big crown shape on the front? Because it was a vanity project. Get proper investment advice (reputable firm not your mate), pay your taxes, live within your means and you won't be broke.Comment
