He definitely surpassed my expectations and to think he is relatively green. He has had no real championship experience and has never been in a difficult situation in a fight. I hear a lot of people saying Teo was getting hit easily and was in trouble. That’s supposed to happen he was up against two time highly killed olympic Champion who has experienced every type of fighter in his illustrious amateur career. Did Lopez pushed him off illegally I suppose so if you want to nitpick but that fight will only make him better in the future and when it was time to dig deep as Loma was pressing the action he found another gear and finished the show comfortably. He can only get better from here, he did what many people thought he couldn’t do. Loma did not drown him he backstroked to shore.
