Those were both great fights. I really respect the way they both gave all they had in those fights against two ATG’s.

        - - The Meldrick Taylor fight. When the ref stopped the fight in the last seconds. Unreal. Legendary.

Very good one. To be honest, I don’t think Taylor should have lost that one. Taylor definitely should have been given those last two seconds to stay on his feet. That barrage from Chavez was brutal, though! He didn’t want to lose!

just got done watching Hagler vs Mugabi so I'll throw that one in here

Mugabi left his soul and heart in the ring... still not enough

            Hagler was a fckn machine!

Sugar Ray was ringside. this was the fight where Ray saw weaknesses in Marvin so he came out of retirement.

Am still surprised till date how foreman's hand was not raised after the fight. He clearly won that fight.

Actual losses though? Or do robberies count? Because Lara/Williams was a fantastic performance by Lara in a “loss”

I'd been dogging Wlad for years for full disclosure, but this fight won me over & made me appreciate him more than I ever had in ways I never expected I would.
Still feel he let AJ off the hook a little though

Castillo v FMJ I. Castillo won everyone knows.

Ali v Frazier I. Today people don't know the scoring was different. No 10-9 or 10-8 rds, only a 0 or 1 in effect. Ali won more rds, but by closer margin. But he did win more rds.
