I listened live to that interview and in context you can tell Bob misunderstood the question because of the way it was worded. Fred should've made it clear by saying "leave Top Rank and go to PBC" but instead he said "go across the street and fight the guys at PBC". Arum took that as saying Bud should fight PBC guys I don't think he took that as Bus should leave Top Rank. He said "if he wanted to fight Porter WE could do that fight"
