    Put this into context...

Loma the champion, signs to fight with no rematch clause.

Loma the champion with no rematch clause decides to fight injured (so they say).

Loma the champion with no rematch clause fights defensively for the first 6.5 rounds of the fight.

Loma the champion with no rematch clause has his manager say he deserves a rematch because he was injured even though he had no intention of giving a rematch has he won like he said he felt he did.

Here is my take. The shoulder has been worked on before and I'm sure as long as he boxes professionally he will need an occasional scope. They planned to get the scope after the fight. The pain level has been manageable and had no effect on the fight. The planned week off from training he spoke of was likely planned as well.

Actually "classy" is exactly what he is. The way he took his loss to Salido showed me what he was made of. It has not changed. The ignorant BoxingScene posters don't have the mentality to appreciate a talent like his. Others with 1/4 of his achievements would be strutting around like John L. Sullivans.

Who wins? My guess Loma by UD (if he fights like he did in the later rounds).
If he fight like that early, he’s going to sleep. He knows that.

              Manny Pacquiao all over again

Didn't lomas camp have all of the control over the contract? I mean he's the champ and now he wants a rematch? From what I heard lomas camp was so confident he would win he stated he didn't want a rematch at all now that he lose there's excuses and now they want a rematch.. hahaha teo need to milk him for every penny for a rematch and beat lomas ass again. He really is a diva and this is great storyline for a huge fight. Loma keep making excuses cause teo going to wait it out fight another fighter and then beat your ass again or he might face you again for the right amount and contractual agreement as well the ball is in teos court now lol

Salido beat loma fair and square and lopez really beat him up. So make up whatever excuses you want he doesn't deserve a rematch and needs to work his way up like berlanga, lopez , and any other fighter has to
