Thought Loma would win going in. He did not. All three official judges gave Lopez the first seven rounds. Because he won them. They were some of the easiest rounds to score in recent memory. 2 and 7 weren't swing rounds unless one desperately wanted to give Loma something.

A draw is giving Loma every benefit of the doubt in close rounds, then again 119-109 is probably worse than a draw. I had Lopez 7-5 in rounds or even 8-4.

Lopez clearly won the fight, Loma was too gunshy for too many rounds to win the fight. He needs a Teddy Atlas type to breathe fire into him for situations like this. I feel if he did the fight would have been different and he would have won.

I scored it a draw and gave round 2 to Loma. But Loma did not win the fight.

I don't think he thinks he'll be taken out. I think Loma and his camp figured they were going to stop him in the late rounds like they've been doing a lot when Loma steps on the gas. He just wasn't active enough in the early part of the fight.

He's almost impossible to keep off when he gets going. He completely dominated those rounds he won. It's absolutely embarrassing how the judges scored that fight.

A rematch should definitely happen.

Dude, don't say silly ****. Lopez was getting cracked with combination punching the entire second half of the fight. Lopez won the 12th in a close round, and that's the only round he won the second half.

People’s hate or dislike for fighters is silly, these guys risk their lives for legacy and partially for our entertainment!

Loma didn’t have to fight Lopez, he could’ve moved back down to 130 to collect some more belts or Lopez could’ve just cherry picked and moved up!

IMO I scored it a draw, it was a really close fight, I have no idea where people are getting these shut out scores just cuz Lopez was more active and occasionally scored with bodyshots and a jab in the early goings but then when you look at Loma’s rounds he was absolutely snapping Teo’s head back with combinations landing at will!

Have people forgotten what happened late in the fight which happened to be the most exciting moments in the entire bout?

Loma hurt Teo twice but credit to the kid for sūcking it up and coming back to show his heart in the 12th!
