The only reason that this fight has any interest at all is because we know Aj has a weak chin & mentality.

Like old man Pov, old man Pulevs legs will be gone by the 3rd or 4th. But Pulev has never had the dig that Pov has.

It will be very interesting to see what kind of AJ comes out against Pulev after his transformative experience if you like against Ruiz Jr, where he had to abandon his come forward power punching style and revert to stick and move on the toes boxing.

What style has Joshua now settled into if any? Some fighters, like Joe Parker, seem to vacillate between being a boxer puncher to a boxer, which doesn't typically work out well for those HW's who are known to have concussive power, and are convinced by certain trainers to take the safety first style similar to Wlad Klitschko who became a saftey first jab and grab HW.

I estimate A.J being smart enough to employ whatever style suits him to beat an opponent- and Pulev might be a tough old Bulgarian with a 50% KO percentage but he has fought some real quality opposition including Wlad, Samuel Peter, Chisora, Hugie fury and Kevin Johnson.

Only I KO loss to Wlad in the middle rounds which is no disgrace. Although 39, A.J needs to focus less on Fury and more on whats in front of him - it's that exact same attitude that seemingly bought him undone against Ruiz Jr,

Pulev fought Kiltschko like a madman.

He had the skills, and jab to make that fight a boxing match.

I just want to see the condition Pulev gets in for this fight 'But for sure, Joshua should win by blowout' or at-least that should be his primary aim.

Joshua needs to put on a good performance to keep the Fury fight hyped.

I think what we won't see is Joshua going in like the early version of AJ and trying to blow Pulev away in the first few rounds.

I think we will see AJ doing something that is a little akin to classic Wlad. Trying to fight somewhat conservatively behind a long jab and trying to land a low-risk one-two that opens Pulev up for a knockout. And it will probably happen, with a mid-fight KO.

I thinks there's a chance that if AJ gets clipped in one of these exchanges that he will slip back into Ruiz II evasive style, though, which no-one wants to see.

I think AJ easily KOs Pulev in 2-3 rounds at max. Pulev is done and dusted. He was just an OK fighter even back in his younger days.

If he doesn't win decisively and somewhat violently, it won't be a good look, considering the only time we've seen him after a brutal KO is fighting the safest way possible off the back foot and winning a UD.

Fury will look to punish him, whether Pulev comes to fight or not, so it will be interesting to see how he looks and what kind of statement he makes, if any.

He has to make a statement in the Pulev fight. His last fight wasn’t really a highlight reel of clean effective aggression. I understand he has to fight like that and just get his belts back.

Rumour has it AJ will put on another "shades of Hughie fury" display like he did against Ruiz in his last fight.

AJ has already been spotted out training, practising running backwards at high speed.
I also heard that Eddie is trying to get a 30 foot ring custom made for him.
