I’m seeing people post things like Teo is David Diaz level, that he’s not great, and that he’s a club fighter. What’s there to not like about this kid?
1. The kid has the intangibles like speed, power and athleticism.
2. Is American, but is of Honduran descent, which is a country that isn’t highly represented in sports
3. Beat all of the contenders with decent records at 135.
4. Got a first world title fight on his 15th fight at 22 years old.
5. Makes his first world title defense against the pound for pound best in the world
6. Outboxes the former 2 time Olympic gold medalist and 4 division champ that is considered P4P #1
7. He’s only 23 years old and isn’t even prime yet
Sounds like a fight fan’s dream if you ask me. Certainly has the mentality of a true champion.
