Rounds for Lopez, rounds for Loma, and rounds that can be contested.

    I had Lopez winning rounds 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 12

    I had Loma winning 8, 9, 10 and 11

Round 2 and 7 could go either way.

Round 2 Lopez was more active in throwing and missing, but Loma landed the significant combo in that round.

Round 7 is when Loma landed less, but that was the pivot round where things changed.

Lopez won the first half just because he was more active and throwing more. He was throwing about 40-50 per round but only landing 7 or 8 punches. Loma was throwing about 10 punches but landing 5-6 of them. So really Lopez won due to activity but not at all due to any damage or anything significant, because he was landing 2-3 punches more per round, but throwing 30-40 more punches. He was hitting air.

However rounds 8, 9, 10, 11 were won in a very dominant fashion by Loma. Had Loma started this pace in round 3 instead of round 7, and maintained it throughout, the fight would have been very different and might have not even made it to the final bell.

Loma went for broke in the 12th and became careless and ate some solid shots. Teofimo had gas left in the tabk and he had a very good final round and won it dominantly.

All in all, the rounds Loma lost were due to his own inactivity and hesitation.

Lopez did not dominate Loma at all, in fact when Loma actually woke up and started fighting in the 2nd half, he was winning much more convincingly than Lopez was in the first half.

A rematch is definitely warranted. Those are my thoughts.

The ONLY round I disagree with on is Round 12. I did not see this dominant 12 that everyone else saw.

Every other round - I fully agree with you.

I pretty much had it the same. I gave Loma 7,8,10,11. Lopez 1,3, 4,5,6,12. Rounds 2,9 up for grabs.

Don't know how anyone can score round 2 to Loma. Nobody in the RBR did. When Wards card popped up with it i guess all the Loma fans quickly edited their cards.

Damn, you're still creating douche bag threads about this fight. Will you put Lopez in the same category as Crawford? Not a big deal, you have everyone who ever disagreed with you about anything on ignore.

                  Had it 115-113 for Teo

Loma winning rounds 2 and 8 through 11

Loma won his rounds more clearly than Teo. But boxing is scored round by round

All in all good fight. Both had moments where they whooped the other’s azz

great post, i still think loma won round 12, if you are gonna give lopez rounds just 'cause loma is backpedaling the same can be said here. for all the "loma be running" it was teo the one running in that round and geting touched in the process, when loma backpeadeled teo could never get to him.

what ruins everything is the pre filled scorecards, no one in his right mind saw teofimo win 11 and 9 rounds, even giving him 8 is very generous.
