😅 He's already the " Real" undisputed champ, Haney has a fake paper title, he's the email champ like Lopez put it...

This right here!! This is the answer. Nobody can give Loma even 4 clear rounds.

Just for arguments sake, say you had Lopez winning most of the 1st 6 rounds of the fight and you have him winning the 12th round. No knockdowns or overly dominate rounds where you would score it 10-8 for 1 fighter. You would have had it as follows.

        1st 6 rounds: Lopez 5-1
        Last 6 rounds: Lomo 4-2

Almost everyone on this forum during the fight last night and I was reading most of the comments had it 5-1 Lopez after 6. Almost everyone thought Lopez won the 12th round. That’s 6 rounds right there. Are you saying Lopez didn’t win at least 1 more round to get to 7-5 Lopez?

Even if you had it 4-2 Lopez after 6 rounds as Lomo admitted when he said Lopez won more rounds in the 1st half of the fight and then you gave Lopez the 12th round. That’s 5 rounds. Were there 1 or 2 other rounds that he could have won for the fight to be scored even 6-6 or for him to win at 7-5, from rounds 7 to 11? I think that’s the debate. Did Lopez win 2 of the rounds from rounds 7 to 11 if you had it 4-2 after 6 rounds with Lopez winning the 12th and final round.

I taped the fight last night. I’m going to watch it again with no sound on to see if Lomo got more than 1 round during the first 6 rounds and if Lopez got more than the 12 round during the last 6 championship rounds. Last night, I had no issues with Lopez winning.

Lomo: “I think in the first half of the fight, he got more rounds than I did, but in the second half of the fight, I took it over and I was that much better,” Lomachenko said.
When you re-watch, pay close attention to punches actually landed.

You will come up with Lopez winning 1-6 with Round 2 a swing round.

You will come up with Loma winning 7-12, with Round 7 a swing round.

You will likely make a case for giving either guy Round 12.

But this is the thing. Those 5 rounds you give Loma weren't clear. Only two rounds you can clearly give Loma. I scored it 7-5 Lopez. The 12th decided it for Teo

I had Loma win 7-11, with maybe round 6. So I can see a draw, but Lopez wins to be 7-5.

I would like to see a rematch. If Loma can do what he did 8-11 he can avenge this fight.

My opinion, round 12 was Teofimo's best round. They both landed and Teofimo outgunned him. Youth was served. Loma goes into the boxing files under curiosity, or the round file in the corner.

Loma needs to go rewatch. Massive Loma fan but even being really generous there's no possible way I can see better than a Draw for him, and I'm more thinking 115 - 113 or 116 -112.

Dissapointing though cos he showed flashes of what he's capable of, but just seemed to want to wait until he could work without fear of getting hit, which simply never happened. Sometimes you gotta put it all on the line to win and it felt like Loma never really wanted to take that chance.

Hope it lights a fire under his ass though, has the potential for a fantasitc rematch I think.

Love Loma, but lol he got schooled, didn't do none for 6rds and the final round he got scared to trade against the untested Lopez lol, he let the inexperienced fighter dictate

I thought Loma was going to win after 5rds of Lopez pressing him he would start to let go

He says he won lol, he didn't even ask a rematch or did his lil back flip wtf???? Is he talking about he looked like the loser didn't even raised his arms

Loma had the wrong strategy and was too patient

You don’t give away 5 rounds in the 1st half of the fight then expect to win

Boxing scoring is also subjectively based on what the judges like.

Did Loma really believe every judge would score every round in the 2nd half for him
