  • How did Top Rank and Lomachenko fool so many of you?

Was it the fancy training? Doing soduku and touching that board with the lights?

Growing up watching Pacquiao, Floyd, Roy Jones Jr, etc I've seen greatness. Never saw it in Loma. I saw a good fighter and nothing more.

He's lost to an over the hill Salido and a 23 year old Teofimo in his first ever title defense. Great fighters and "once in a generation" fighters don't lose to that level of competition. People were predicting he'd school Teo like Floyd schooled Canelo.

Teo has nowhere near the experience Canelo had when he fought Floyd and Floyd was older than Loma is now when he fought Canelo. All that amateur experience and WBS experience and pro experience and he got beat by a 23 year old making his first title defense.

But what I don't understand is that most of you have seen greatness in your lifetime. How were you fooled into thinking Lomachenko was on the level of a Floyd, Pacquiao, De La Hoya, Roy Jones Jr?

Really makes you think how great Floyd was. Being able to dismantle big strong boxer punchers.

You of all people know very well what it is cause you do it too.

            Hes eastern euro.
All the ship-jumping pctards and weird white guys with the whole “average white guy=nerd average russian=ivan drago” hangup latched on to live vicariously through him and feel success in their space vacuum-empty miserable hollow existences.

You know that feeling all too well.

Loma is small at 135. Did people really think he was as good as Floyd? I mean he is a HOF type of fighter who embarrassed cats at 126 and 130. I think he should have stayed at those weights.

People always overreact to these losses. He is what 33? I'm sure he will come back strong and beat great fighters at 130.

Floyd traversed the weights better than Loma, but to be fair, he was very selective and protective as he did. Otherwise good comment
