Forget apologizing to Sr, how about apologizing for saying Lopez didn't want the fight when he was holding out for more money. Folks were getting mad that he didn't just take 1.2M for this fight lol.

This is bigger than that. The man has been completed everything he's been saying whilst ppl was calling him old & crazy & that he would get his son hurt etc.

But didn't Lopez basically say recently that he ended up just taking the money & that Lomas didn't give him any of his purse?

Lomachenko probably didn't give his purse but Lopez supposedly got an additional 300k.

Lopez Sr and Jr certainly delivered on their promise. They backed up their words and look great right now. But as we have seen over the years, loud, braggadocios boxing characters who back it up still won't be seen well by many. They will always get their hate. I wouldn't worry too much about that. Lopez very well may be on his way to being the next big PPV star for TR.
