How in the HELL is Peter favored over Toney???

Is this a joke? I like Peter but JT is gonna give him a boxing lesson.
Peter has 3 punches in his offense

1. Wild wide winging left
2. Wild wide winging right
3. Chopping club to the back of the head


Toney has more talent in his pinky than Peter. Peter has ZERO defense and will be countered all night. Toney may not hurt Peter but Peter will be embarressed. Peters handspeed is booty cheddar and Toney will see everything Sam throws. Peter will be frustrated as hell by the 3rd-4th round by Toneys movement, style, and most of all clean leather he will be eating while unable to return. I never seen Peter throw combos EVER. Throwing 1 punch at a time wont EVER beat Toney and Peters notorious for that. Im betting 300 on Toney to win. If its a 10 rounder i may bet half on him winning by decision.

Im the biggest Toney fan in the world but Im sick of him disrespecting the sport. He's been getting away with that overweight **** for years but last fight he looked like garbage. I cant believe anyone had him beating Rock. He definatly lost that fight and the sad part is that you could tell that he was clearly a better fighter but was just too fat too do anything.

The reports say that he's even bigger for this fight & thats why I can understand the odds. Peter is a huge HW with a big punch & Toney will be right there all night. ****, I think he probally wouldve beat Wlad if he wasnt holding him all night.

The flip side is that Im just about sick of Peter as I am of Toney. He's another tub who looks fat & out of shape. He could be a much better fighter if he tightened up his waiste some.

Im sick of guys taking advantage of being a HW. Get your ass in shape and stop coming in round as a dounut. I could see this fight going either way. I could see Toney skooling him and I could also see Toney getting KTFO.

The thing I could see most of all is 2 fighters who could be great but instead are only 50% of what they could be because they are diserspectful too the spot. I could see 2 fat guys late in the fight breathing hard as ****, fighting sloppy, and the fight being boring because they dont care about there bodies.

Remember Im talking about late. There will be alot of fireworks early but I could easily see both of them tiring into a sloppy ****ty fight. These are just 2 more guys who sum up today's pitiful HW division

1 reason that I can tell:

Tony might be a "slick" boxer... but he's not like most slick boxers. He's old and fat and hardly uses his feet to continually move around shots. Peter's wide looping shots will find a relatively stationary targer much easier to pick. The fight is a toss up in my eyes until I see them at the weigh in and see how each is looking since weight is such an important factor in both of them.

Like I said before Toney has a reasonable chance in this fight because Peter is not excessively tall, he's raw, and he's slow. The question marks are will Peter come in a smarter fighter and establish a jab, fight at range or will he attempt to use his superior size and strength to smother Toney against the ropes. I think the latter is the more likely scenario and it gives Toney the better chance. The other question mark though is will Toney, even with his masterfull ability to fight off the ropes be able to deal with a man the size and strenth of Peter. It makes for an intriguing bout. Peter probably should be the favorite because of the question marks on the Toney side.

I think people are viewing James as being on the decline in his career.
Peter is still learning and obviously has the power.

I'm not saying that's why I'd favor him, even though I kind of do.
