I just don’t understand what the problem is. If every fighter had the reservation and persona of Loma the sport would need cpr way more than it already does. Hype is built to promote fights. Hype brings fans. Hype brings money. Hype let’s us weed out the good from the great. It’s part of every damn sport.

The fighters fight so that they can get an opportunity to live up to their hype. And if they fail then we hype up the next thing making noise.

Just enjoy boxing. Everything doesn’t have to be an argument.
