I just watched Loma - Lopez 24/7 parts 1 and 2, and have a better perspective of their feud. It is personal it turns out that after the Lomanchenko versus Pedraza fight. Lopez's father approached Lomanchenko and either went to shake his hand. Lomanchenko says Lopez's father felt disrespected by Lomanchenko, at that point Lopez's father started talking smack. Be advised that I've seen a video where his father egged on another fighter Rolando Romero to disrespect Ryan Garcia at a boxing event. At Mayweathers gym his father was telling his son to f up Gervonta Davis in a sparring session. Lopez was doing pretty good, but someone in Mayweathers team walked over to his father, and hey what are you doing? His father quickly replied, I'm just f ing around. If he hadn't changed his tune right then, and there he might have gotten his big mouth cracked. His father is a trouble maker, and his picked up some of his bad habits. On the 24/7 video Lopez states that he's full of hatred, and anger, then at a certain point spits on the ground stating that Lomanchenko means nothing more to him then that. The boxing community is going to turn on Lopez, and his father over this type of crap. In the video Lopez starts to cry, lamenting the troubled relationship with his father. He states he loves his father, but it doesn't look like he likes his father. He says his father is to caught up with boxing, and there is nothing he can do to please him. I don't see his father remaining part of the team for to much longer.

That's a good point I do remember Lopez hitting tank Davis a couple of times behind the head. Which is one of the worst fouls in boxing, because it can cause serious, and permanent damage. Taking into consideration Lopez's lethal power, that could've been the reason why Tank Davis looked to me like he was getting outworked. Tank has ha quite a few run ins with the law outside of the ring. Yet inside the ring he's comported himself as a professional, he's got to get credit for that. Lopez might have been trying to get an edge over Tank Davis in that sparring session, even resorting to illegal tactics to do so. I'm super impressed with Lopez's power, as I am with Tank Davis' power. I don't care for the way the Lopez clan carry themselves, their mouths are bound to get them into legal trouble, or physical altercations outside of the ring. They both exhibit self control issues, as per the Loma-Lopez 24/7 video's, and other social media video's. The father gets credit to helping his son get to this point in his career. That said he's pressuring his son to the point of a psychological break down, as exhibited by his son crying on one of the video's. His lamenting their lack of father, and son relationship is having a negative affect on him. Around the time of the Commey fight Teofimo got married, and his father had a falling out with him over that. Teofimo, and his new wife weren't happy with the old man's reaction. That's the first time I had heard of a falling out between both of them, but that in particular is a big problem. Apparently the father doesn't know his boundaries, nor does he respect his son's decision's, like I said I don't see him being in Teofimo's corner for to much longer. The father might have pushed this fight on his son, along with some of his anger, and arrogant traits. Let's see what happens on 10/17/2020, and shortly there after, there might be a big surprise coming out of the Lopez's camp.

He hasn't beaten Lomanchenko, and is already dismissing other fighters as future opponents. That's arrogance to an extreme, it's not confidence as others have pointed out. I've seen a few Lopez video's, and he's disrespectful, angry, and hateful. Spitting on the floor and stating that he doesn't think anymore of Lomanchenko than that, (the saliva he spit out). Now for those who like him talking up their fight, you have to take it all into account. If he were referring to you in that ****** manner I'm sure if you have an ounce of pride that you wouldn't like it. This is way beyond confidence, this is street trash talking, and there's no place for it in professional sports.

I expect that if Lopez loses him and his father have a falling out and they go separate ways. Look at the scene with the family and friends around the dinner eating. His father was nowhere to be seen. They definitely do not have a healthy relationship and Lopez needs to get away from that toxic environment fast. If Lopez loses he has a bad break down in the ring and his father will be yelling at him calling him a failure.

I think Loma will make Lopez miss a number of punches but if any hard punches get through could do some damage to Loma and if that happens, Lopez could follow-up and stop Loma.

And on the flip side, Lopez has never faced a guy with Loma's movement and defense. Both have strengths, that is why this fight is intriguing.
