Wilder DOESN'T want the Fury fight, HIS TEAM does

Feels to me that without the belt Wilder has lost most of his value to Finkel and Haymon and as they don't have options on Fury all they can really do is throw Wilder back in there and hope for a miracle and if it doesn't happen they have at least squeezed the very last amount of value out of Wilder before they feed him to the wolves.

Wilder meanwhile I think has zero interest in the rematch which is why he isn't talking about it only Winkle is.

Crazy to think Fury was pretty much just meant to be a negotiating tool for AJ/Wilder initially. Wilders team miscalculated things so badly, he is totally backed into a corner now.

Wilder gave it his best in rematch and fell short. Time to move on for different challenges.
You !might be ready for fury in a couple of years after building yourself up

Yup, crazy bad move although AJ almost had as bad a slip up with Ruiz but just about got through it

It's clearly Wilder that wants the rematch due to his pride.

Anyone with sense would move on and go back to the drawing board.

But of course y'all that don't like him will come up with theories about him not wanting the fight.

Wilder still has value he only lost to one person arguably the best in the division.

He could have easily knocked out other guys who is already favored to win against. Even right now most people see Wilder vs Joshua a 50/50 fight.

But of course the haters will say he has no value left and his promoters trying to squeeze the last dollars out of him... Which makes zero sense from a promoter pov...

It's clearly the fighter choice..... The promoter would want to keep their investment intact for as long as possible.... And they have a KO artist who can easily rack up devasting KOs before taking a risky fight again

Your theory makes zero sense.... Try again

Pretty much. Thats the problem for Wilder, he has a very slim chance of righting the wrong against Fury, but hes put himself in a situation where he wont really be taken seriously if he tries to move on without doing it. He might have been salvageable if they found a way to get him out of the second fight because at least with the first one he went the distance and had the knockdowns, so his credibility was still somewhat intact at that point. The 2nd loss was just soul destroying.

Wilder is 35 years old there is no rebuilding for him and his team knows that. Nobody ever taught him how to box, if he was 25 he'd have half a chance but not at 35.

He is what he is and he has 2-3 years left max, his body is riddled with injuries and he has awful technical ability and relies on athleticism

              He's finished.

                Wilder doesn’t want it

They were initially gonna use a fake injury and surgery to not take the rematch when it had to happen by august. Now that the expiration date on the clause got pushed back to end of December, they’re now gonna say that covid prevented them to be able to get a suitable date, when in fact nobody has heard a peep out of Wilder.

They’re simply gonna let the clause expire, then probably try to blame Fury somehow when he moves on.

If Wilder wants the rematch badly enough, he should be out there now saying he wants it. But he’s silent.

Wilder fans need to lose this deluded dream that a 35 year old, broken down Wilder is going to "go back to school" and learn a new, skilled style from scratch, and go on to have a successful second phase of his career as a senior fighter.

                  A) He's old for a fighter who relies on athleticism

                  B) His body is busted

                  C) He's an idiot

                  D) His team is AWFUL

If Wilder really wanted the fight, he would come out from hiding and state it clearly.

He clearly doesn't want anything to do with Tyson Fury.
